When February 14th rolls around, it’s always nice to have a sweetheart nearby.  And Kristen Bell spent the day with her boyfriend Dax Shepard out and about in Hollywood.

The “Veronica Mars” babe and her “Punk’d” beau were spotted enjoying two things every celebrity loves - shopping and Starbucks.

And it looks like they’re getting pretty serious about each other… Dax even combed his hair and ironed his shirt!  At this rate we may be hearing engagement rumors by summer!

Kristen is said to have signed on to star in a new Disney romantic comedy called “When in Rome,” about a love-starved New York curator who steals magical coins from a famous Roman fountain. 

Hoping to leave the ghosts of Neptune High behind her, Veronica is now a freshman at Hearst College, along with her boyfriend, Logan Echolls, and best friends, Wallace Fennel and Cindy "Mac" Mackenzie. But despite the students' efforts to soak up the college experience in their own way, it quickly becomes obvious that some ghosts are here to stay.

Add the increasingly dangerous private investigator business run by Veronica's father, Keith (Colantoni), to her spreading reputation around campus as a girl who can fix the unfixable, and it becomes clear that Hearst College has never encountered a student like Veronica Mars before. Building on its trademark twists and turns but featuring a new campus, new faces and new surprises, "Veronica Mars“ promises to keep old and new fans alike guessing in its third season.

Kristen Bell acknowledges that it's tough to let go of Veronica Mars, the wisecracking teenage sleuth she portrayed for three seasons on the TV series of the same name.

Asked what she would miss most about the character, Bell didn't hesitate: "Other than everything?"

"It feels sort of like graduating high school. You really only recognize how special it was once it's gone away," Bell told The Associated Press in a recent phone interview.

"And of course everyone graduates from different jobs then they move on, but I don't know I'll find as special a show ever again," the 26-year-old actress said. "I think I'm only truly realizing that now."

The CW canceled the cult hit May 17.
